Terrible experience After our session ended, we stayed in the room for a few minutes. The masseuse suddenly came in and rudely told us to "Change" with an attitude. We have never experienced such disrespect at a massage spa before. Normally, it is fine to stay for a moment unless there are customers waiting. Even if they need the room, they should ask politely. Plus, there was nobody even waiting for the room. When we complained to the receptionist, they did not care at all and finding some ridiculous excuse that she may think something happened to you in the room. (Excuse me, what will happen in 5 mins?)

Awesome experience. They were very welcoming and nice. The massage was superb, we took the two hours with natural oils and it was a great experience for both of us. They know what they are doing and every part of the massage was properly delivered. We had to took our luggages with us, and although they don't have any room for it we could take them with us as the studio and all the massage rooms are quite big. They end with some tea and water and give us as much time as needed.

I join those who rated them 5 stars. Upon arrival, the receptionist explained the different treatments, helping me to choose the massage that fits my needs & budget. It's my first time & I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my Deep Tissue massage. Although my masseuse couldn't communicate well in English, she was attentive & often checked if the applied pressure was too hard or if the heated stones were too hot. I was also served hot ginger tea & a cup of warm water after my session. Excellent service! Looking forward to my next visit. 😁 I also slept very well when I came back that night. ❤️

First time visit on friday night for 2 hours thai traditional massage for RM161. Made booking via whatsapp, fast response, and confirmation. Took a grab to the place. Need to take the lift up, signage not clear. Service by receptionist was pleasant. Card payment accepted. The environment was generally neat, clean, and quite quiet. Didn't see any customers. Wash feet and change shoes before going into room to change clothes. Massage was nice, professional, and had good pressure throughout the whole session. Pressure is on the harder side, which i prefer. Massuer was able to communicate a little in chinese, eg, change clothes, lie down, sit up The massage room was quite quiet except occasional car noise passing by or rain sound. Ginger tea was served after the session. Will come back again if i visit Ipoh next time.

No head massage. No hot tea / warm water before massage. They didn’t turn off the lamp as well. Can’t believe my skin became itchy right after the massage. Maybe it was because of the towel. My face also itchy cause lying face down for too long. The manager shud go to Ancient Thai to learn how they serve their customer🙏🏻

It’s a hidden gem. I booked via their website, they responded fast. The therapist are Thais. The place is very quiet hence don’t speak too loud as others can hear your conversation. Both my husband and I enjoyed our massage session.

Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Thai Oasis ICC. The ambience was calm and soothing, the space was clean and well maintained, and the therapist was highly skilled and attentive, applying just the right pressure throughout the session. Left feeling completely refreshed and would definitely return.
