during a massage session on [11/1/25]. During the massage, the therapist repeatedly wiped their nose with their hand and then continued to massage me without washing their hands. This behavior is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to your clients. I expect a high level of hygiene and professionalism from any massage therapist.

This is my second time here, and to say I'm very very disappointed would be an understatement. When I walked into the store, a reception girl greeted me and ask what massage I need, I said I want a massage that focuses on my hamstrings and she recommended a foot massage, and I went with it. This time an old lady massage me, she's very unprofessional and her hands are weak. My calves and hamstrings are still sore from my trainings, 0 relaxation whatsoever. I don't know why they hire her but I strongly recommend the owner give her a proper training or just fire her.

Went for massage today felt my money was not worth spent, masseuse was a small sized Chinese old lady , very unprofessional, chewing a chewing gum during massage and did not do a proper massage and made sneaky comments in mandarin (which she did not realise that I understand ), ended up with a back muscle spasm post massage, Thankfully the Thai lady Ja helped correct my back muscle spasm. Absolutely disappointed with the service , wasted my money. Paid rm 89 for a damn lousy service.
