Gemalai Spa

I may say the girl name Stephanie who serves me did a very good job, my headache that been bothering me the entire year subsided... she's a 10/10. Definitely will revisit soon ❤️❤️❤️

A muslimah friendly day spa. Offers a large range of services. Owner and staff are very friendly and does a good job.

Had full body massage. I think its overpriced. I expect more for the price (RM98 for 1 hour). I loved body massage and I had tried a lot of massage places in Semenanjung/Sabah/Sarawak. From my experience, I think the staff was not well-trained and need to sharpened her skills. There is no private room. All treatment beds are in one large room; if there is more than 1 customer means you will have to share room but I dont think they have many. Probably will not come back/recommend for body massage. Not sure about their facial though

Such a terrible place. There were no partitions at the massage area, just a wide square space where everybody gets the treatment. The staff seems more interested to be elsewhere, and I was given less 15 minutes of massage (I purchased for an hour). I asked the staff about this and she just shrugged 🤷🏻‍♀️. Yup, they couldn’t care less. I didn’t even get a proper wipe down post massage the entire place (floor, massage bed) was icky/greasy. My first time to this place was actually a few years ago and they have not improved since then, unfortunately. I hope the owners see this and please improve 😣 The only thing they have going for them is the muslimah market and cheap price. Other than that, get ready to be disappointed

Urutan yang memuaskan suasana yang tenang sewaktu sesi urutan.Sangat disarankan bagi yang ingin beururut.👍🏻
