Got an appointment for within 30 minutes of my call. Enjoyed a 90 minute shiatsu pressure point massage. The most painful massage ever, but it was so good. If you don't like it strong, make sure to communicate that. Heating massage bed, can feel warm but it helped me relax. A portable fan helped keep me cool. Felt like there was some nerve and myofascial work. Definitely experienced increased range of motion in my previously injured neck, and I stood a little straighter even. Enjoyed hot ginger tea afterwards to detox. They have a buy 6 get 1 free package. Would totally do that if I were here for like a month longer. Enjoyed the beach and sunset afterwards. Lovely experience overall and hope to be back soon. Thanks ladies!

편안하고 좋았다. 시설은 한국 좋은 곳에 비하면 조금 덜하다고 느끼실 수 있음. 마사지사의 기술이 좋아서 너무 편안하게 받을 수 있었다. 끝난 후 생강차를 주는데 생각보다 조금 맵다 ㅋㅋㅋ

We were staying in a nearby hotel and read the reviews about this spa, so decided to pass by to check them out. The spa is located on the ground floor of the Lone Pine hotel. We booked a massage and a scrub for the following day, but since one of us got a bit of a sunburn, we asked them to replace the body scrub by a massage. The space is very clean and inviting, allowing for a relaxing experience. The massages were very nice with just the right amount of pressure. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

I booked this because of the good review. The therapist Lina was good Ok what happen was I booked these and here’s the ratings 1. Purity facial 3/5 2. Massage back and shoulder oil 4/5 Overall : Customer service 4/5 Ambience 2/5 I was alone in the spa there was no one Freaking me out and I have to ask them to have some music, The product they use for facial is strong Germany, so after applying the mask It was spicy hot and burning Lina quickly remove the mask and stop the treatment she said the product was strong and she didn’t charge me for facial so it was handled very very well Overall it’s good but if you have sensitive skin then a no no

시간이 남아서 주변 스파를 찾다가 괜찮아 보여서 예약 전화를 했더니 급하게 잡는 예약도 받아주시더라구요. 로드샵인줄 알았더니 호텔 부속 스파였습니다. 시설은 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절한데 좀 체계가 없는 분위기였습니다. 가자마자 다짜고짜 갈아입고 누워있으라고 하더니 꽤 시간이 지나서야 마사지사가 들어왔습니다. 태국의 좋은 마사지샵이나 호텔 마사지에 익숙하신 분들은 당황하실 수도 있을 것 같아요. 마사지는 적당히 시원한 느낌이었고, 전신 60분에 인당 4.5만원 정도였습니다. 마사지사들이 친절한 점과 시설이 깨끗한 점은 만족합니다.

This spa is truly representative of what excellent service is! I went in for a scheduled facial but was turned away as my face was a bit sunburnt. I was informed a facial would only make my skin more sensitive. I was given some cream to sooth my skin and asked to come back the next day. Talk about honesty! When I returned, I received the best Hydrating Facial along with a mini back and head massage. I wish in had more time in Penang as I would've definitely returned for other treatments.
