I recently tried the photon therapy at CRES Wellness, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. I’ve been struggling with sensitive skin, enlarged pores, and dull texture — but after just one session, my skin felt noticeably smoother and calmer. They started with a quick AI skin analysis that diagnosed my skin condition and even showed my skin age — which dropped from 31 to 26 after the treatment! 😳 The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish — scalp massage, cleansing, a completely painless light treatment using their M22 machine, followed by a soothing mask and a neck + shoulder massage. I left feeling like I just had a full reset. I also really appreciate how professional and friendly the staff were — they explained everything clearly and tailored the treatment to my skin needs. The price for first-timers is RM299, which includes everything. For the results I got, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend CRES Wellness if you’re looking for a non-invasive, effective skincare treatment — especially if you have sensitive skin like me!

Been with Cres since 2017. All treatment by Charmine, really recommended. She is really skillful. but she left Cres. Hopefully there another therapist like her.

I've been a loyal customer of Cres for nearly 10 years, ever since their days operating inside AEON Cheras Selatan. The service has consistently been good, although the experience can vary depending on the therapist. That said, I’ve been fairly satisfied with the results, especially since I prefer non-invasive treatments. My skin feels well cared for, and I like that they strike the right balance between professionalism and comfort. The facility is clean and well-maintained, though the rooms have become slightly smaller compared to their AEON days. Despite that, Cres remains a convenient and trusted option for my facials, especially since it’s located close to where I live. P/S: Thank you for the free gift for this review!
