Touch For Glow - Men Spa And Therapy Center

Saya sangat gembira dengan tingkah laku pemilik

Selesa n friendly

I had an amazing time at this spa ,honestly, it was the best I’ve ever been to! The place is super clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The customer service was truly 10/10 the staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everything was well-organized and perfectly maintained. I left feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-quality service and a relaxing atmosphere

Disappointed with the Service I reached out to this spa via WhatsApp to book an appointment, and initially, they responded. However, when I tried to confirm the appointment, there was no reply. Despite that, I decided to go to the spa as scheduled. Upon arrival, I called multiple times, but no one answered. This experience was quite frustrating and unprofessional. If they were unable to accommodate my booking, a simple response would have been appreciated. Communication is key in customer service, and unfortunately, this spa failed in that aspect.
