Saya sebelum ini tidak suka mendapatkan rawatan untuk masalah gigi tetapi di klinik ini, saya tidak menghadapi masalah itu kerana Doktor Lesley menjelaskan semua masalah gigi yang saya hadapi sebelum rawatan diberikan. Cara Doktor Lesley merawat saya menyebabkan fobia saya terhadap doktor gigi telah hilang. Klinik ini juga sangat bersih. Saya gembira sekarang kerana masalah gigi saya telah selesai.

I always come here to do my teeth and the service is really good. Dr. Shu Mei is super professional, gentle and fast. The staff are also very friendly and helpful they make the whole visit so comfortable. I always feel well taken care of every time I come. Highly recommend this clinic!❤️🌻

I came to Primecare Dental Clinic SS14 in severe pain and left genuinely relieved. Dr. Lesley Tan assessed the tooth, walked me through the plan, and performed a meticulous root canal that calmed everything down fast. The anesthesia was dialed in, the procedure was precise and the assistants were attentive from X-ray to checkout. The clinic is well-equipped and run like clockwork. After years of seeing different dentists, I can say Dr. Lesley is the most skilled clinician who’s worked on my teeth -confident hands, light touch, clear communication, excellent results. If you need quality dental care in Subang Jaya, this is where I’d send family and friends.

This Clinic has no empathy at all. It is a shame that we have such people in the healthcare sector. I had an under 18 student who fell and his teeth was loose and bleeding. It was 815pm and not many Clinics were open. I called and the Staff said they cant accept us as we are full. I said can please check with the Dentist to overtime a bit and we will pay. She still said no until I insist. I insisted she checked and she then came back and said Dentist said No, unfair for others to wait. I said we dont mind waiting and she hang up my call.

Went for minor dental surgery (wisdom tooth extraction surgery) by Dr. Shu Mei. 10am reached clinic, taken antibiotic and pain killer at 10:15am. Dr numb my gum with injection. She explained the surgery process briefly and start the surgery, whole process taken about an hour. Dr keep checking me whether got pain during the process , made me feeling relieve. The whole process is not painful. Had a pleasant experience. Price is reasonable too. Recommended!

Not transparent. Lol i see ur reply 30 minutes of consultation?what consultation give me mirror and say this treatment is rm1500 total ?in whatsapp i ask how much you refuse to say price saying start from 400 and i ask roughly how much you refuse to give and say let our dr check so we can tell the price(never mention there is charges). Then i need to pay for your so called consultation when i just wanna know the price. Then refuse to talk if there is video and threaten me to call police. Im not poor or petty but ur trick is disgusting. I can pay for the consultation if i really want to consult but ur trick is disgusting
