SIGNATURE DENTAL CLINIC

I got to give it to the dentist.They are really good, but the service level of the reception definitely needs improvement. The reception gave me the appointment time and I came as told. I waited for 15mins and I checked on the estimated time that I have to wait. The reception acknowledged my question with a nod but did not give me an answer. I assumed she knows what she was doing. After 35mins of waiting, I asked again (as now i assume she doesn't know what customer experience is). She finally went in to check with the Dr and came back and informed me that there's 2 patients ahead of me (likely inside the room as there was no one seated at the waiting area). What's the point of giving out an appointment when u are unable to meet that?

I absolutely love the environment and atmosphere of the clinic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The staff are always attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. My dentist, Dr. Cham, is exceptional—highly skilled, professional, and approachable. I completed my Invisalign treatment and other dental procedures under Dr. Cham’s care, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The level of expertise and genuine care provided truly sets this clinic apart.
