I went for scaling and polishing. The doctor and assistants were awesome and great. They show kindness and informative. Doctor explained very well pre and post procedure. Clinic is clean and tidy. Thank you so much 😊

It’s my first experience in scaling and polishing. I met Dr Laura, the dentist and the nurse are very helpful, friendly. Even during the time I consult them via WhatsApp, they are very kind, patience and happy to share the details. Plus point is the dental very clean and tidy. Makes you feel comfortable and relief

My mom visited the clinic and she is really pleased with the service + professionalism. She consulted Dr.Calvin and he did a very good job (polite and pleasant). She's already made another appointment to follow up, (plus she plans to return for another procedure -after the fasting month is over and when she's back in Malaysia again) It was very easy to reach the clinic, we didn't have to wait too long for them to respond. Aarranged an appointment quite easily. It's located not far from Paradigm mall, its quite easy to access too. The staff were friendly. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Definitely Recommended. I have been visiting Pearl Smile Dental Clinic PJ for my braces treatment, and I’m really happy with my experience so far. My first appointment went very well — Dr. Laura was kind and helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about braces. On my second visit, I had my braces put on. The team was very meticulous during the process, and they even followed up with me two to three days later to check on my condition. They reminded me to take Panadol in case I experienced any pain or discomfort, which was very thoughtful since I was new to braces. On my third visit, I had a tooth extraction. I was surprised at how painless it was compared to my past experience at another clinic, where the pain was almost unbearable. This time at Pearl Smile clinic, it was smooth and much better than I expected. I’m really glad I chose this clinic for my braces journey. Although I still have a long way to go, I already feel confident recommending Pearl Smile Dental Clinic PJ to anyone considering braces or any other dental treatments. I am happy and satisfied with their service.

Pearl Smile has been serving our family well for many years. Dentists and staff were very accomodating, gentle, patient and kind to our family members throughout our treatment session. My mum just had her teeth checked and cleaned. She was pleased with the results and the dentist did a very good job with managing and administrating the treatment. We will be back again for our next family member soon. Thank you for a wonderful job.

Had my scaling done yesterday and they did a really great job! The service was excellent and I did not feel any discomfort the whole time. They even gave me a free little tube of toothpaste. On top of that, they followed up with me the next day to make sure I was okay. Talk about top-level customer service! I highly recommend this clinic! ☺️

Just finished my long journey with Dr Laura for a root canal and a crowning. Thank you for being patient and managing my dental anxiety! Dr Laura was caring, explained everything so well and worked meticulously to ensure everything was done perfectly. Thank you to the nurses too for all their assist and follow ups!
