I had my scaling and polishing done by Dr Shermaine Ho at MaxCare Dental, on 17 Dec 3.00pm and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr Shermaine is highly professional, gentle, and very attentive to detail. She explained each step clearly before starting, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the procedure. The scaling was thorough yet gentle, and I could clearly feel the difference after the treatment. What stood out most was her calm manner, patience, and genuine care for patient comfort. Dr Shermaine demonstrates strong clinical skills and a great bedside manner — a true asset to MaxCare Dental. Highly recommended.

I went for my dental treatment at Maxcare Platinum Dental last Saturday, 17th January 2026 at 4.30pm for scaling and polishing. Doctor Shermaine was very detailed, patient and gentle. She explained to me on how to brush my teeth correctly and to avoid caffeine. This will lead to staining my teeth. Her service was slow and steady. My gums did not bleed at all this time. Overall satisfied and you should come and try the service here.

I visited this dental clinic today, and the environment inside is so warm and welcoming. Honestly, many people are afraid of going to the dentist, but having a cozy and safe waiting area really makes a big difference. Thank you, Dr. Lim WY! I really appreciate her attentiveness, patience, and professional explanations. I didn’t know that teeth cleaning could be done without any bleeding! I also saw the nurse bring out a set of properly sterilized tools — top marks for hygiene. Highly recommended: reasonable pricing, warm-hearted dentist, comforting environment, and hygienic equipment.

I came for a braces consultation with Dr. Lim, and she was extremely professional and caring.Previously I received a lot of judgement as I do not want to extract healthy teeth but Dr Lim listened to my concerns, explained my condition clearly, and offered two treatment plans with detailed pros and cons. She never rushed me and encouraged me to consider everything carefully. I truly felt well taken care of. Kudos to Dr. Lim!
