If you’re afraid of pain or have dental phobia, she’s truly the gentlest dentist I’ve ever met. Not only is she genuine, but also highly professional—other dentists I’ve visited have even complimented the quality of her work on my teeth. We actually found this clinic by chance. My sister was working nearby when she suddenly had severe tooth pain and urgently needed treatment. That’s how she discovered the most gentle and professional dentist in her life. Since then, she introduced her to me and our other sister. Our whole family has been visiting this clinic for years, and we’ve happily recommended it to many of our friends as well.

Highly recommended. Have been getting my scheduled dental checkups and treatments here since I was a wee lad, which has been at least 25 years now. Appointment time keeping might be an issue for some, I myself get impatient sometimes. But this is because the dentists ensure that checks and treatments are done perfectly, before moving over to the next patient. They are also very friendly and will answer any questions you might have about treatments. Getting such services coupled with experience are a rarity these days. Looking at my own pearly whites in the mirror, their services are definitely worth the wait.

I fell down and broke my 3 front teeth to almost 80% gone 😭 Can't consume any food or drink, and dare not smile at all☹️😷 Luckily I went to them and save 3 of them. Now I have no worries of laughing and talking bravely😁😄. Thank you so much for saving making my days shinny again🤗☺️

I have sensitive teeth and not many dentists offer treatments or have the knowledge to help me deal with my dental abrasion. I have been to multiple clinics that gave me temporary solutions, one even gave me a horrible patchwork to my exposed dentine. Dr. Chai/Cheong are the very dentists I've met that offer treatment to abrasion and sensitive teeth. The filling or varnish (Not sure what it's called) that Dr. Chai did for my exposed dentine lasted four years. After that I've been to numerous clinics but no dentists could replicate what she did. In fact some dentists even dismissed my problems by asking me to use sensitive toothpastes. I highly recommend this dental clinic for sufferers of sensitive teeth.

Highly recommended. Always came back here for check ups and dental scaling. Been here since I was a kid. 20+ years. Dr Cheong is gentle, soft-spoken and informative. The nurses and receptionist are great, helpful and friendly.

Didn't make appointment as needed to see the dentists desperately due to pain.The reception and staff are great. Dr Chai were very helpful and accommodating! She took her time explained the entire procedure's. Highly recommended..
