The Dr here gives professional services and advices, but management side was kinda meh. I booked my appointment three weeks head right after my first visit. But one day before my appointment the clinic contacted me and tell me that my appointment has to be delayed to one hour later, which was annoying but still acceptable because at least they told me beforehand. On my appointment day itself, I reached the clinic about 10 minutes earlier, just before I went inside I saw the nurse brought another customer in to see the Dr. I keep asking the receptionist were they not aware of my appointment and all they tell me is please wait for another 10 minutes. And my appointment ended up getting delayed for another 45 minutes. What is the point of having your customer to make an appointment then?
