Clean and spacious. DrJosephine has been very helpful and gentle on handling my grandfather's denture, even go beyond extra miles to repair his old denture. A big thank you to her! Strongly recommended.

I absolutely love this dental clinic! The staff are super friendly and make me feel so comfortable from the moment I walk in. The doctor is so gentle and caring, always making sure I don’t feel any pain during my braces treatment. I was a little nervous at first but they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free 🤩 Plus, the clinic is really pretty and cozy which makes every visit even better. Definitely the best place to go if you want top-notch care with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Really not satisfied with the service! This clinic didnt give customer a hardcopy receipt. Front desk promised will send soft copy receipt but never send! I came to this clinic twice, the management failed to send me the receipt after treatment! Experiencing the same issue twice is very frustrating! First time i encounter a dental clinic that dont provide customer receipt right after treatment!

A special thanks to create eth dental clinic, especially the staff and Dr. Josephine. The staff were so nice and friendly, Dr. Josephine were meticulous and skillful on this field. She fix my severely gum problem and gave me advice for taking care my tooth.

My dentist and the staff were professional and friendly, taking the time to explain each step and ensure I was comfortable throughout. What surprised me most was how affordable the premium service felt— equipment, thorough care, and even greetings from other doctors as I passed by, all at a price well below my expectations. Everything were seamless, and I left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely return for my regular checkups and have already recommended this clinic (Bintang & Permaisuri branch) to friends and family.

This might be my fave dental clinic so far. Very gentle with the scaling and not as hurt as I’ve experienced before. But, I love the details explanation even more. Probably cause there are still a lot of people scare to meet dentist due to experience and pain they’re feeling; but with that care, gentleness and details explanation. It really helps to put a patient such as myself at ease 💖
