For the braces adjustment appointment, Dr Chai is always so patient and willing to help with the little details and imperfections on my teeth. She is very detail-oriented, always making sure I have an amazing time there! Every visit to Bright Smile is a one worth remembering! It has a very comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere 😍

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. I appreciate how they consistently remind me of my appointments, which makes scheduling so much easier. I had an excellent experience with my dentist, Dr Chai Pei Fang from the first consultation to each appointment, everything was explained clearly and patiently. The dentist is very hands-on, gentle, and attentive, which really helped put me at ease. Overall wonderful team!

Service is nice & environment is clean. Just wished that my ortho explained what will be done for that month’s appointment or what’s the goal for that month’s treatment plan. Other than that, treatments are swift & professional. ⬇️ Updated review. The clinic listened to my prev review & improved their service. My ortho, Dr Chai was really attentive & took the time to explain the treatment process each appointment which i appreciate. I don't regret coming here to do my braces as their hospitality & professional service is top notch. I also got a free toothpaste this visit 😂🥰
