Klinik Pergigian Rosila

The location of this dentist is not as it is on the map, it explains why I was never able to find it before. I took my niece to see this dentist and she is from a boarding school on the island. According to the doctor she most probably have to have treatment for her affected tooth. Having originated from KL, we thought what ever treatment she needs, it will be done in KL, so we asked her to just give a note saying what she had done to her tooth to present it to her school and her to-be dentist in KL. She refused again and again. We were willing to pay for it if needed, but she refused saying that the report will come from the dentist that will treat her and that she only removed the filling on her tooth to drain out the abscess. We were OK with just a note saying exactly that, but she just kept refusing. Not sure why. In terms of service, much improvement is needed from the front desk, deco, and perhaps customer service.

The price is afforadable compare to prices in KL and Penang that I have been to. The service is quick so I don't have to waste a lot of time just for a simple treatment like some clinics. The treatment room is also clean and comfortable. It is just that the employees are not quite friendly.

The clinic is very comfortable .The dentist is really nice and friendly to patients.
