Selesa mendapatkan rawatan dengan Dr Wan semasa saya masih bertugas di Labuan. Suasana klinik yang selesa, dan tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan rawatan

My mother visited Dr Wan Clinic because she had a toothache. She clearly mentioned that the painful tooth was the second from the back, but two different teeth were treated instead. She had to return for another treatment and pay again. I just feel sorry for her because she was already in pain and had to go through the process twice. During the second visit, she felt uncomfortable, especially with the suction tube during the filling. She also felt a bit unheard and not fully reassured. I hope the clinic can improve communication and be more attentive to patients, especially elderly ones.

im new in town and went for scaling here. All ok but doctor talk in a condescending way, make me dont wanna come here again 😂😂😂 price is standard dental clinic price scaling took less than 10 minutes.. is that normal? my previous experience in past clinics took around 20-25 minutes😊 overall ok job, teeth feel a lot cleaner

I had a great experience at the clinic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very professional and thorough. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, which really helped ease my nerves.
