Consulted the dentist regarding root canal treatment. The dentist did not arrange for any X-rays and appeared reluctant to provide professional advice in response to my queries. There were moments of awkward silence when I asked about the treatment plan, as no response was given. I decided not to proceed with the root canal treatment at this clinic. On a separate note, I underwent tooth scaling and filling at the same clinic, and both procedures were carried out smoothly and without pain.

I was afraid of doing teeth scaling before as I thought it will be painful. It's fortunate that I meet doctor Emmy. She had changed my perception with her professionalism. The whole process is not painful at all and she is being gentle at all time. Aside from professional skills, staff and doctor here are all being considerate towards customer. It's definitely my choice of dental clinic.

幾年前我在你們那裡補牙，補了之後我已經說了牙線穿不過去，你們也當下試了牙線確實穿不過去，應該說，牙線進得去但是抽不出來，然後那個醫生居然還和我說那就從下方抽出牙線就好了，這種非常隨意的解決方式，從一開始就無法好好使用牙線，我心想牙齒緊密相連食物也無法卡進去，結果幾年後的今時今日，我那邊發炎流膿很長一段時間，我都當作是發熱沒意識到嚴重性，去看另外一家牙醫，結果就是面臨根管治療的命運，而且是嚴重傷害我兩顆重要的大牙，其中一顆勉強重補，待觀察，另一顆已經開始接受根管治療，從X光那邊一看，正好就是補料的下方開始蛀牙的。 你要improve further什麼東西，倒是說說看？
