My first time scalling experience was phenomenal. Dr Ariel is beautiful and nice. I manage to overcome my fear to get scalling as many of my peers always said that the process is kinda painful but somehow i have a smooth experience here. And the price is affordable too! I actually have found my favourite dental place ever in kuching. See you later in another 6 months!

I Walked in as a company representative for our medical supplies company the front desk service was brilliant and professional not to forget Dr . CHERYL She was so helpful All the staff were generally kind and welcoming no doubt their clinical services must be top I recommend this medical clinic .

I never like to go to the dentist. But it is an exception here. They make me feel comfortable & my dentist Dr. Ariel is really good & professional. She is my tooth fairy tho. Staffs here are friendly too. I had my RCT, scaling & whitening done with her and I am currently on treatment for crown & veneer. Their price is affordable and services are superb!

Friendly and patience Dr. Ariel. Polite staff too. Calm atmosphere however perhaps soundproof wall and close door during treatment will be great as sometimes waiting for turn can cause anxiety upon hearing sharp cringe noises. Great detailed explanations due to severe toothache that affected my facial nerves and hearing. Took x-ray to determine the cause, I was advice to rest and take medication to subside the pain and inflammation. 5 days later back to get my tooth extraction for the first in my life! With her great patience and gentleness I manage to overcome my fear! All went well and quick. Kudos to her professionalism! And thank you!

I've done my braces with Dr Patrick. Finally I got them off after 3 years and 9 months. Everybody at the clinic was nice to me 👍🏻. I had no problem at all throughout the years of the procedure except the pain and sore in my mouth (these are expected when we have braces) but it was manageable. It was a wonderful journey for a better smile ☺. So grateful that I can smile confidently now and of course for nicer selfie and photos 😁

两年前去这里拔牙，我是个很怕看牙医的人，那时是痛到真的没办法了才去拔掉的，也不知道需要预约，不过那里的服务人员也蛮好的，可能也是早上去的关系不太有什么人吧？他就让我先等一下看预约表，幸好是有位置的，就等了大概10分钟就去拔了，因为是第一次给牙医拔牙（此前都自己拔，但是这次是大牙所以没办法自己来）所以很紧张，不过帮我拔的男牙医是个很不错很nice的人，安抚了我不安的情绪，大概也5-10分钟左右我的牙就拔好了，一点疼痛感也没有（就打麻醉的时候会痛一下），当晚我直接飞johor，那几天也完全没有什么不适感，所以真的很不错，拔牙的价格和服务成等对比吧？在可承受的范围，就是当时质询拔智慧牙的话会比较贵，当然我也不知道其他地方的收费是多少啦，牙齿矫正的话，当时质询大概是一万块以下的，问了医生，他说可以分期付款，还一次钱过后除了你需要还的分期付款外，其余的就不用再还了，包括回诊什么的。总之就是good good nice nice👍🏻

Sorry for other dentists here, but the main (male) dentist is just bad, and incompetent. I went for a check, all he said (rather impatiently) was things are all good, but the tooth I consulted him for needed root canal treatment mere half a year later. Avoid him at all cost of you bring your children for dental procedure. He has zero idea of handling children. My child went for two lady dentists here, they got things done quickly and my child happy, but all he did was to raise his voice when the kid was scared (which kid doesn't?) And failed to do anything.
