Saya pernah dtg klinik ni jika tak silap dulu masa ada di taxi stand jb.service terbaik.mula2 g klinik kjaan.ampun x blh cabut gg bongsu aku.terus aku dtg sini, dr cuba byk kali mmg susah tp caranya sgt baik dn berhati2 tanpa ada rasa sakit.tak mcm hosp kjaan tk blh cabut dorg suruh balik mcm tu je.mak aiii.Alhamdulillah di klinik amim mrk selesaikan sampai habis.biasalah cuma sediakn duit je😅

I come for filling my teeth. The doctor was very good at explaining about my teeth but the doctor didn’t ask what I wanted to do and just went ahead with the X-ray and explained about braces. In the end, I didn’t get the filling done. When I asked why the filling wasn’t done, the doctor said it was because there was no cavity, but I clearly have one. Later, the staff explained that if I proceed with braces, the filling would be free, which means there is actually a cavity. On top of that, I wanted to claim insurance, but the staff didn’t check and just asked me to pay instead. Overall, I feel cheated.

I am sticked with Dr. Amim for a long time.Love the way they treat patience.Important thing they know their customer.All 3 of my RC and Capping was done there.

Did my wisdom tooth removal with dr amim under 15 minutes after i was referred from other clinic. It was painless. Very recommended

Got scalling and cabut gigi bongsu there. The Dr is nice.

Not worthy for what you paid. Services for cleaning too bad. Still have tartar every where.

I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During my visit, the dentist spent most of the consultation promoting additional treatments with high costs, such as braces and aligners (RM6,000+), oral surgery (RM2,000+), and dental implants costing several thousand, rather than addressing my main concern, which was the removal of my wisdom tooth. The entire visit lasted less than 20 minutes, and no substantial treatment was carried out. Despite this, a claim of RM100 was submitted to my insurance, which I find questionable and lacking transparency. I also asked the reception about the charges before leaving, but did not receive a clear explanation. I would appreciate more transparency in billing and a stronger focus on patient needs instead of upselling services. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
