Penang Dental Surgery

I have been a long-time patron of Penang Dental Surgery and their quality of service has always been impeccable. Most recently, I completed a clear aligner treatment here. Dr. Ni Wen’s approachable, informative, and supportive nature was the primary reason I chose to follow her recommendation. Now that I’m at the end of my journey, I can confidently say the treatment plan she designed was a complete success. I feel much more confident than before, and my smile feels incredibly natural.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an extraction done by Dr. Ni Wen this morning, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Ni Wen was gentle, professional, and took the time to explain every step, which really put me at ease. The whole team at Penang Dental Surgery was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure, and the level of service far exceeded my expectations. I’m truly grateful for the care I received, and I’ve decided to make this my regular dental clinic. Highly recommended!

I have reviewed earlier, but I have more to add. Dr Caitlyn is a world-class dentist. I commended her in using an anaesthetic without needles, as I hate needles with a passion. She told me that in fact she did use needles but was deploying a special distractive strategy which meant I felt no needles! Sheer genius. You are choosing the best with Dr Caitlyn. She goes the extra mile and is highly personable.

⏱️⏱️⏱️⏱️Amazing... The dentist rush through scaling and polishing my teeth in less than 30 mins as if there's an emergency. It felt like I'm going through a roller coaster ride except much more painful. And since it's over so quickly I can go back home to feel the pain instead of feeling it in the clinic. How thoughtful!! Also it cost RM150.

An institution since 1984, it has been the go to place for dental fixes for many of us over the years. A new set of dentists has taken over but dentists remain professional and service staff remains great. Over time I have transitioned to Dr Ng Kiat Chye and he is good! Very calming and helps relieves the stress of visiting a dentist. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My son visited Dr Ng for dental scaling. My usual experience with scaling is 30-45mins, but this time he finished in 15mins. Is 15mins standard for dental scaling and polishing? Furthermore, he hasn’t been to the dentist in 3 years, I don’t believe his teeth can be cleaned in such a short time.
