Harga berpatutan..tapi kalau kamu datang appointment pastikan kamu tiada kerja..kerana terlalu lambat tunggu giliran walaupun sudah buat appointment,kamu kena tunggu 1 jam keatas..saya biasa 2jam lebih..😭

I am extremely disappointed with how this clinic handles patients. I received a clear confirmation via WhatsApp for my appointment at 11:30 AM TODAY — I even asked twice to confirm. However, when I showed up, I was told that the appointment is actually for tomorrow. Coming in while already in pain, only to be turned away because of poor scheduling, is unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for patients. The whole experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and a complete waste of my time.

That dentist was completely inexperienced… The tooth extraction was poorly done. After giving me anesthesia, they switched to another doctor halfway through the procedure. The anesthesia numbed my tongue and mouth, but barely worked on the tooth itself. I told them it was very painful during the extraction, but they didn’t do anything about it. My tongue and mouth were still numb, but there was no anesthesia on the tooth area. It was truly a terrible experience. Take good care of your teeth and never go to this dental clinic!

Poor service and very bad time management. I have made several appointments here, always at 10:00 AM. Even though I arrive punctually, I am made to wait for an hour or more every single time. It makes no sense to require appointments if patients are still forced to wait so long. If there aren’t enough dentists, the clinic should not overbook appointments. The waiting area is always full, and everyone is waiting far too long. Very disappointing experience overall — I would not recommend this clinic.

What kind of an operation is this? I was trying to make an appointment today. Since they advertized as opening at 9.30 am, I called them at 9.35, but there was no answer. Six calls later, a lady who sounded like she was 'interrupted at a very private moment' , answered with an annoyed 'hella'. Here's the funny part. I told her that I'm an existing patient, and I wanted an afternoon appointment. Guess what she did. She just said "2.30 lah" and hung up. Never asked for my name, contact number or what treatment I was seeking...nothing! I wonder what's she going to say if I showed up at 2.30 pm. On second thought, I am not going there.
