I had my wisdom tooth extracted today at Beam Dental by my dentist, Dr. Jeannette Wong, and she was truly phenomenal. I’ve been her patient before for a crowning procedure, and both times she has been nothing but professional, gentle, and incredibly kind. I was initially against extracting my tooth, but she took the time to do an X-ray and clearly explained why it couldn’t be saved. That honesty and patience made me feel reassured and ready for the procedure. I’m someone who usually avoids going to the dentist because of my fear, and I actually cried throughout the whole extraction but Dr. Jeannette and her nurse, Sarah, made me feel safe and cared for the entire time. Sarah even held my hand until it was over, which truly comforted me and helped me get through it. Though I’m still afraid of getting a tooth extracted😂, this experience showed me it can be done in the most caring way possible. Thank you, Dr. Jeannette and Sarah, for your compassion, patience, and gentle approach. Y’all turned something I was dreading into a surprisingly positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone who feels anxious about dental work!

No pain but all gain! The dentist here is highly professional, gentle, and very well-informed, making each visit a pleasant experience. She is also assisted by a friendly and helpful assistant who adds to the comfort. Truly a convenient neighborhood dental clinic—just a short walk from home—and they even provide private parking for those who drive. A great balance of professionalism and warmth!

I recently visited Beam Dental for a scaling and teeth checkup before my extended overseas trip, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Ang and his team provided exceptional care during my appointment. What impressed me the most was Dr. Ang's keen eye for detail. He discovered a hidden decay at the very back of my last tooth, which could have been a significant issue if left untreated. He was able to repair it on the spot. It was a pain-free experience, and the dental assistants were attentive and professional too. I am truly grateful because this saved me from potentially needing expensive dental treatment abroad! I highly recommend Beam Dental, especially if you're looking for attentive and skilled dental care at a reasonable price.

Dr Wong is very professional and skilled in doing her job. I did scaling & polishing and the treatment took longer than other clinics because Dr Wong is very detail and gentle. She also explains a lot of informatio regarding oral care. The environment is also comfortable and clean, very good experience and customer service. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve converted my whole family to Beam. Dr Wong is the epitome of a patient’s doctor. She takes her time in explaining the procedure to you and offers you different treatment plans that best suit your smile goals. In her calm demeanour, even my grandmother who hates going to the dentist is assured she’s in good hands when she walks through Beam’s doors. The service of theirs is great too, from managing appointments (I don’t have to wait hours to see the doctor) to after appointment follow ups (after the appointment for feedback and their bi-yearly reminder, which I love)

Doctor Wong is the best dentist I have ever had (and I am 51 years old). She is very professional and took time to explain my options. Her kindness is balanced by the ability to get the job done. I highly recommend her and her services. She gave us very good rates too.
