I had an appointment, but apparently the doctor came down with a fever, and they cancelled. People get sick; that's normal and understandable, but they contacted me an hour before my appointment, and I had to cancel and pay in full for my taxi. Then they said they could take me. Sounds like they screwed up the schedule or the doctor was going to see me while they were sick, both of which are unacceptable. So unprofessional.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care my daughter received from Dr. LIM and her team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being during her dental visit. Dr. LIM was fantastic with my daughter. She took the time to explain each step of the procedure in a way that she could understand, addressing her concerns with patience and kindness. Her gentle approach made the experience stress-free and positive. I was impressed by the dentist's ability to establish trust with my daughter. She made her feel involved in her own dental care, which helped her overcome any fears she had.

Dr. Phuah was very thorough and careful—she double-checked both her own and the nurse’s work to ensure everything was done properly. I appreciated her honesty, clear explanations, and the way she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Thank you!
