I underwent an orthodontic treatment, and although I was quite anxious at the beginning, Dr Dennis made the entire journey much more comfortable and reassuring. Throughout the treatment, he was extremely kind, attentive, and detail-oriented, always noticing any discomfort I had and providing appropriate advice and adjustments based on my concerns. What I truly appreciate is that he not only focused on making my teeth look nice and straight, but also paid close attention to my bite and overall dental health. In addition, the front desk staff and dental assistants are all very friendly, gentle, and welcoming. Having undergone orthodontic treatment here, and experiencing other treatments as well, I can say that all the treatments and processes were satisfactory. All the staff were incredibly patient and helpful, resolving any issues that arose. The dentist was also very patient in explaining my dental problems and related treatments. Overall, the services here were reassuring and satisfying.
