My first time here and its bad, facial was okay but heres the thing. Prior to the session i have told the worker NO add on, i have tried a lot of facial spas not one have ever do me like this. Ive said NO add on prior to session, and NO even during the session. I was clear,but during payment process, worker suddenly said theres rm48 add on which i was CLEARED ON THAT I DO NOT WANT. This is my first time trying here, was loyal to my usual place but decided to try here and completely nonsense. Because if i said yes to add on then of course. But ive said TWICE NO, worker still proceed to do. Very unprofessional. You couldve got a loyal customer but no thank you,first and last. Respect and Listen to your customer. Own their trust.

I have sensitive and acne prone skin. Having acne problem since 13 yrs old. After 1st & 2nd treatments my face is getting better and less acne. LESS ACNE! I'm satisfied with the facial treatment here. Worth the money. Plus they are so friendly and polite.

The service is quite good, I have tried another one in miri. The price is the same, I was doing a normal facial. The content and procedure wise, this place focus more on your face, while the other one I went has other combined service like foot skin removal by fish treatment. I would say I had a better facial treatment here, because the really generous on their facial product usage.

Very friendly staff informative on your skin conditions. They don't make u feel insecure of your skin problem.
