I've previously had positive experiences at this establishment, particularly with a staff member who demonstrated exceptional customer service. However, I've recently observed a decline in service quality at the front desk. I believe that investing in enhanced customer service training for front desk staff would be beneficial, particularly in recognizing and appreciating valued customers with significant spending habits.

Really great laser hair removal place in Kota Kinabalu Affordable, quality services with friendly and helpful staff It was my first time here and I did the laser hair removal, the staff that did my session was really patient and friendly — she made sure pain was at a minimum but also wanted to make sure I got the best results, so she helped push me to do a higher setting on the laser which I appreciate. She was very thorough with the laser too, going through each spot at least 3 times to make sure the effect is pronounced. I’ve been to a laser centre in Midvalleg area in KL, and they are so "cincai" with their laser, only going over the target area once or twice with a low setting unless you ask for a higher setting. My session at Skin Life was probably more than double the time during my sessions in KL — shows how meticulous they are. I also appreciate that they don’t try to upsell any of their products or packages. If you are familiar with KL aesthetic clinics, they have a specific "consultation" room where one of their salespersons would pitch their latest "promotions" to you and really try hard selling their products. They also give sour faces if you don’t take them, but there was nothing of this sort in Skin Life. Will definitely go again the next time I am in KK!

Been consistently coming here for the past 3 years, frequency every 1-2 months and I’ve dodged all my so called multiple steps skin care routine and keep with basics (toner, moisturiser, sun screen) and got a better outcome. I’ve accepted my fate with acne-prone skin and whenever the time of the month arrives, I’ll go here straight to get the doctor to help extract them all out via Facial Laser. They don’t leave scars and my existing scars (because of my itchy hands poking those acnes) are treated by Vitamin Laser + LED Light. Affordable (RM99 Facial Laser) and somehow they have a Korean skin clinic vibe 😆

Went to Laser Treatment to treat my acne amd acne scars on 12/12/18. Price is only RM99 and will do next treatment which is Vitamin Laser that only costs RM89. Took only 15 minutes for laser treatment. Worth my money. Definitely will come again.

I simply like this place a lot more than I ever expected. The welcoming customer service, they will assist you based on what your skin really need. Plus their, list of services is also affordable. Kalau kamu 1st time mau buat facial treatments, pls do come here guys. Worth it 💯💯💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The facilities are amazing, the people are very helpful in identifying my type of skin, and what treatment I should get. The price range is reasonable and would highly recommend for people with skin condition.
