以前服务还好现在的服务太差了。还有配套在那里但是信息完全不回打电话去也不接而且是早上打到晚上是还有人在做工的吗？然后过了一个星期再打去也是一样不接。

Avoid at all cost ! JBCC Clinic is shut down without any prior notice, uncontactable, unable to make appointments. they didnt respond to your calls or whatsapp replies. They are now shifting from hotel to hotel to carry out their appointments. They only reply you when they are able to secure a hotel room, you will be given a restricted time slot ( maybe subject to hotel booking availablity ) Location of hotel keep changing to avoid detection ( not sure who are they running away from ). Please do not trust this brand of clinics and their dubious in-house skin doctor who claims to be a skin specialist. No effect at all ! they are facial clinic at best, they are not skin specialist at all, but charging skin specialist price.

I'm a loyal customer since 2016 when the shop just opened. I have tried their different laser treatment such as Co 2, lucas plus and so on. I personally like their facial + lucas plus laser treatment. Its very enjoyable and minimal pain. My session mostly done by Agnes , very professional and caring. I personally recommend her to serve you for better experience. Thanks.

I used to do the CO2 fractional laser before. after 5 sessions, my skin improved so much that I don't need to wear makeup. after few months, my skin became bad again. Today I tried the anti tag laser for first time. so far, I'm liking it but I will see after 5 sessions of this. Good service and massaging the face after treatment is a bonus especially for tired people like me 😋

So far the facial and CO2 treatment l am receiving are good and comfortable. The staff are responsive to enquiry and helpful. They are also flexible to change appt due to unforeseen cirumstances.

Great results! The CO2 laser shown alot of improvements through several sessions and the acne scarring a improve very well. Occurrence of acne has reduced as well. Affordable and friendly staff.
