I recently visited Dr Ko Rawang and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Although the shop appears a bit dated, the doctor and the staffs were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I could tell that the doctor was highly skilled and experienced, and she took the time to explain each step of the process to me and answer any questions I had. The results of my facial were also great - my skin felt so much smoother and looked much more radiant! I highly recommend Dr Ko Rawang's facial service to anyone looking for a high-quality facial experience. The staff and doctor are top-notch, and I will definitely be returning for future appointments 🙂 Kudos!

I could not agree more the treatment at Dr. Ko was effective and good but the service by the staff (Rawang branch) was bad. I have sought many skin treatments from different specialists but nothing is comparable to Dr. Ko’s products. For many years, this was the first time I was treated badly. Lousy service! I made payment of RM1,171.00 for facial package but the treatment I received as if they did not welcome me at all. FYI, I came for my second session (2 out of 7 treatments) and one of the staff simply told me that I was late and would simply cancel my appointment without hearing my reason. I admitted it was my fault but there always better ways to treat the customer who had paid. RM1,170 is a big amount of money. They don't simply fall from the sky so please be more considerate and teach your staff to be respectful. When my first visit, they persuaded me to subscribe for full package and just because I was late for the first time, they penalized me. Is this the marketing strategy by Dr. Ko clinic? Once you managed to get the sale and closed the sale for commissions, you changed the strategy to con people? Please provide the world class service!

Very disappointing service by lady doctor, not even enquiry well about my skin problem. Just tell it's will cost rm800. Not even look or check on my skin. The whole conversation about 5-8 minutes , and charge me RM50 CONSULTATION FEE. VERY BAD SERVICE AND NON FRIENDLY DOCTOR. DR.KO IS JUST OVERATED

The therapist applied clay mask on my face and I was then left in the treatment room with mask on for 1 hour without being attended. the therapist mentioned that they were busy with customers, but this is not an excuse to forget about the exisitng customer who they are giving treatment to, especially when they were at least 3 staff sitting at the counter at that time. The therapist could easily set an alarm to remind herself to remove my mask after 30 mins, as being told by your therapist back in my older sessions where the mask should not be applied for more than 20-30minutes. The standard of service has dropped over years.
