Doctor was not really attentive to the patient's needs. The whole consultation lasted less than 2 minutes. Registration took longer time than the actual consultation. We suspected my brother for gout. The doctor only gave him an ointment n painkiller that can be easily obtained via pharmacy counter. cost us rm110 for consultation. Doctor immediately rushed back home. Poor service and even poorer level of professionalism. Maybe the clinic was comfortable having no competition within the area that they feel that it is okay to act in that manner.

The Indian male doctor barely listened to my description of sickness and didn't check on my injured leg properly, then came out with a prescription of RM175 (and he said he already gave discount 🙃). When i questioned him on how he could know about my situation before really checking on it, he exclaimed, "Based on my 50 years of experience. So, do you want to proceed? " If you were to visit this clinic, good luck

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First when register they asked where we came from. Second, the nurse is trying to clean the wound carefully but the other nurse was rushing her. Third, my son wound is above his eyelid and the DOCTOR put the glue with his shaky hand and didnt align.the skin at all. MY GOD.! I thought the mark is less visible after heal. And he even.said no need dressing.to.cover my son's wound. Forth, the price is extremely high, the whole procedure was charged RM270, gave me all kinds of unnecessary medicine, paracetamol, reduce swelling, pain killer and fever. What the hell! And no extra dressing to cover the wound was given until i asked. They charge me RM 270 and cant even give me tape.. REALLY ABSURD...

Doctor was not knowledgeable. The medicine gave to him is not make me recover. With or without his medicine is no different. And when I ask for receipt, immediately the Indian doctor intention is to markup as company can claim. He charge me RM130. Will never go to this clinic anymore. Regretted never read google review before going to this clinic. Pls

I didnt see the review before entering this clinic. The consultation fee is very high RM40 (according to the latest circular, the consultation charge for 2019 for private clinic still between RM10 - RM35 only). The medicine i received are parasetamol syrup, gastric and salt dehydration cost me another RM40. So peeps, please check before paying or report. I do hope the doctor not the fake one because she is very nice and explain well.
