Today I brought my mom to this clinic for her first visit, and we had a very good experience. The clinic was very clean, the air-conditioning was cold and comfortable, and the environment was really nice especially during this hot weather.The doctor was very kind and explained everything clearly. He was patient and caring, which made us feel comfortable and reassured. Even though we had to wait a few extra minutes, the overall visit was still very pleasant. There is only one staff member, an Indian girl, and she was very polite and friendly. When my mom felt unwell and vomited, she kindly provided her with a bottle of water and checked on her. We truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. My parents were very happy with the service, especially since this was their first visit to this clinic. Highly recommended!🙏🏻🙏🏻

EleQa, a neighbourhood clinic that always gives convenience to my families especially my parents. I hope there is a feedback box or feedback line for me unfortunately, I can't find it in the clinic and I have to give my feedback here.. My feedback is about the on duty locum Dr. She seem impatient to patient's question. As a patient or non-medical person, our questions probably not too sensible sometimes to a Dr. We expect to receive a professional and convincing response from Dr that attended to us. And, she answered the questions with a question to us. Secondly, she told me she not reading the patient notes/history when attending to existing patient. She ask me: why should I read it? She told me the patient notes were written by other Dr and she might not able to understand everything. According to her, She prefer to talk to the patients. When a Dr unable to listen/answer to patients patiently, how does the conversation be able to help the consultation session. As the patients' family member, I hope the neighborhood Dr be able to understand the patient history and continue to understand the current situation. I was at the clinic together with my parents in this trip, we left the clinic with uncomfortable feeling. I sincerely hoping EleQa can be the welcome neighbourhood clinic.

I recently visited Klinik Eleqa and had a very good experience. Dr. Saw provided efficient and professional service, and I truly appreciate the clear explanations and care given during my visit. The Indian girl at the main counter was also very kind and polite. Her friendly attitude made the registration process smooth and comfortable. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service at this clinic and would definitely recommend it to others.👍🏻

Dr. Saw, he is friendly, professional and does his job well. He diagnose, explained and treat his patients accordingly. Prices are affordable. Clinic is clean and new. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Overall 👍🏻.
