Dr. Peter is a very caring and understanding doctor. His instructions for the care was clear and simple and he doesn't rush through the consultation session even though he has patients waiting. He even gave us time to digest his consult and ask any question in return. I think the best part is leaving his room feeling confident and assured that you are in good hands and trust in the treatment plan given. From the beginning at appointment setting to seeing him, every step of the experience was well managed and no rushed feeling. And my girl, who is the patient also said that she felt his genuine care as a doctor and that was priceless ! Thank you again Dr. Peter, and thank you to your attending staff and nurses too.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Peter. He is not only a highly professional and knowledgeable skin specialist, but also very friendly, kind, and approachable. He takes time to listen, explains clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the consultation. His genuine care for patients truly stands out. I would highly recommend Dr. Peter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and excellent skin specialist.

Very disappointing experience!!! I was charged over RM230 in consultation fees during my first visit, only to find that the clinic didn’t even have the proper equipment to proceed with the necessary treatment. I was then asked to come again for a second visit and pay the consultation fees again, which felt like a complete waste of time and money. So called 'Dr' Peter was extremely unhelpful. When I requested a proper medical document to claim insurance, he outright refused to provide it. For the high fees charged, I expected at least basic professionalism and proper support. Totally not worth it. I would not recommend this clinic!!

My 6yo daughter developed rashes and was prescribed antibiotics by a paediatrician, but there was no improvement after 3 days. We then consulted Dr. Chai Xin Ting, who quickly gave the right diagnosis and treatment. The rashes improved overnight and completely disappeared the next day. Really grateful for Dr. Chai’s accurate diagnosis and effective treatment! 👍

Given the reputation of your clinic, we expected a high standard of patient‑centred care , one where the doctor listens, explains, and supports an appropriate treatment plan that factors in budget. Instead, the experience felt transactional, and left us uneasy about continuing treatment in this clinic under those circumstances. Truly disappointed! In fact, front desk service doesn't worth a star too!

Dr. Loo is an incredibly skilled doctor who effectively addressed my acne concerns, which have been troubling me since secondary school. The treatments and service I received were exceptional. Additionally, I underwent hair removal procedures. She provided clear explanations beforehand and offered several methods to minimise the discomfort during the procedure. The waiting area and treatment room are pleasant, and the staff members are all friendly and accommodating. I definitely gonna come again further treatment of my skin conditions.

Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Just be aware of the sky high consultant fees charge (AT LEAST rm235/pax, even is less than 5 min!) I accompanied my mum to see Dr for her skin allergy issue. We didn't have an appointment, were advised to walk in and we waited for 2.5 hours. That’s fine. Dr explained about my mum’s skin concern professionally. Towards the end, I just ‘by the way’ wanted to check about my previous acne issue (it has recovered but left with some scars). Dr’s first two solutions were to take an oral pill or antibiotics, which I was uncomfortable with, but he didn’t really explain the cause. I wanted to explore other options, but the doctor seemed to be in a rushed. The whole interaction lasted less than 5 minutes, yet we were slapped with RM235 per person. The treatment here are mainly oral medications, and you’ll likely have to come back for follow up treatments (every few weeks time?), which you may be charged with RM200+ consultation too?
