I had a good experience here overall. My acne improved significantly after about two months of treatment. The first consultation fee was a bit pricey, but my second visit was much more affordable since I was just picking up my medication. There are two doctors, and I’m not sure which one I saw—one is more talkative and gentle, while the other is more serious and direct. Either way, both seemed professional. The consultation time was really short (haha), so I was a bit unsure at first whether the treatment would work, but thankfully, it did!

Spending nearly RM820 for totally no result on my acne. Went for two timed and the doctor was rushing to get to see the next patient. The doctor just gave medicine and multiple toner which totally not helping on the acne. I guess they just wanna sell products.

I went to see DR. Chow because I had a wound on my leg that was not healing. that day I line for about 2 hours. and Dr just spend 4-5minutes of consultation. Dr asked me few questions and looked at the wound with a magnifying glass. Then I was given 2 packs out medicine which need to take for 2 weeks. Total Charge RM 480. I try taken medicine according to Doctor advice. But 1st day I had stomach pain, Then I contacted Dr. Dr suggested eating 1 of the medicine will do. As a result, one week later, I already get serious gastric. Which the medicine totally not help and most important is, The wound showed no signs of healing. I went to another Dr. and Dr surprise that why the medicine shown antifungals. Which totally not treating the problem. I felt very sad. Spend such expensive fees, but led to stomach pain and my leg not recover with that treating. I swear i won't go this clinic again.

My son’s skin has a few bumps coming which are swelling big with pus. We have seen a few GPs which couldn’t help much, but when Dr Steven saw his bumps he immediately diagnosed it was caused by insects bites. With his medication, they are healed and new bumps did not develop. I think experience does count. We are blessed to be able to see Dr Steven and get this unknown bumps issues resolved.

Doctor : Very experienced and found out my issue on the spot then provide me solution. As i see some newspaper and cert on the wall, i feel like he is a Authoritative doctor in dermatology. He give me some product and it is very useful to solve my skin problem. Fee : I have 4 type skin issue and he give me 4 products, total price is RM 595. For me, out of my expectations but reasonable. Environment: Very old style and considered comfortable. Parking : A bit difficult find parking.

Dr Steven first successfully treated my eldest daughters infantile eczema. Over the last 16 years I have seen him for various minor ailments which he successfully treated culminating recently in removal of a seborrheic keratoses with painless laser. Visited for my eczema. Doctor speaks only Cantonese, did not ask about my medicine allergy. Prescribed some medicine, works, but would be nice if I'm informed on the possible side effects. That one visit costed me RM290. You decide if that's a reasonable pricing.
