I regret not first reading the comments from the patients that the treatment at clinic Dr. Melinda is completely ineffective. There is no machine scan, he charges so expensive medicine (Rm460.00). Whereas if we buy the medicine at the pharmacy, it doesn't even cost a hundred ringgit. No patient should come to clinic Dr. Melinda. Mediocre treatment, ineffective, getting worse, spreading more. I recommend to all not come to clinic Dr. Melinda. Regret it later. When I made the payment, I was stunned to see the price (Rm460.00).

Three of my teenage children went to the clinic for severe acne treatment. I'm glad that the treatment worked for all three of them. My issue with the clinic is that when one of my child went for further study and needed to get the medication courier over, the clinic didn't seek our preference for mail courier company to deliver the medication. The clinic used a very cheap and not well known company who simply handed over the parcel containing the medication and skincare products to an unauthorized person and disappeared. I contacted the courier company who refused to take my complaint and told to get the sender (the clinic) to file a formal complain. The clinic washed their hands off the problem and simply told me there was nothing they can do and refused to help file complaint with the courier company. That single package cost me more than rm400. And altogether my three children treatments have costs more than rm5k. I couldn't believe that the clinic wouldn't even considered a small token of appreciation by trying to help me lodge the complaint. I've stopped going to the clinic and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This clinic had shown me the ugly side of healthcare. Money minded individuals should not be working as a healthcare professional. This clinic not only showed me poor attitude, but also lack of compassion towards patient as well. I am confident to say that this doctor had disappointed me for the last time. My disease was not properly assessed and treated. I am not coming back to this clinic ever again, it was expensive and treatments was useless. The nurses in the clinic was rude and impatient. Experience was very poor overall. I don't recommend anyone to step foot in this clinic at all.

Bear in mind that the exact operating hours are not tallied with info provided on the website. Working on weekdays till 3.30pm only, off on weekend... no room for discussion for treatment session out of these office hours. Kinda disappointing for those who can barely take leaves for clinic consultation.
