Tak kira pagi jam 9, 10, atau malam jam 7, 8, asal sy pergi mesti jumpa tutup ... Tak tau la sy punya nasib gitu sial....
Not sure what is the doctor issue in this clinic, but from my personal experience, I felt the doctor has some personality/attitude problem. Towards patients not only adults but to elderly as well. Your paying patients are visiting you to get consultation and medical advise or treatment. We're not beggars or asking free donation/service from you. At least please treat people with respect. RESPECT IS EARNED, NOT GIVEN.
The doctor is so nice & always explain everything in details. Been here many times & will definitely come back every time neccesary. Thank you, Doctor Kee & staffs.
The doctor was not being transparency with the patient by hiding the medicine ingredients and side effect. Patient find out the medicine is actually have Steroid due to the side effect symptoms after consume for 1.5 years. **FYI, Patient when visiting the doctor had already mentioned refuse to take the medicine with steroid ingredients but doctor told the patient the medicine got no steroid** This is so ridiculous and unprofessional. How could the doctor do this to the patient.
professional establishment 🙂 they opened at 8am, by 8.10am there were already 5 people ahead of me. after registering, the nurse/ receptionist informed me that it will take a little time, so suggested I go for breakfast. they will call me when it was my turn. (dr was doing a minor surgery so I thought i had time LOL) my food had just arrived and the receptionist calleddddd. anyway, rushed back. sat down, barely 1 min. went in for a consultation. Dr Kee was incredibly nice & very professional, asked the right questions, and was quick. I was out within the minute. I like! waited another 2 mins to pay/ get my meds and we're off! Overall a very nice clinic, the waiting space can get a little crowded but the queue moves very quickly! take cashless payments like boost, QR etc. Recommended!
The doctor is such a nice person! Explained everything thoroughly and made sure to let patients understand. Had a minor surgery done here and he informed us everything we had to know. During the procedure, he was also careful to inform patient as to every step he is taking. Professional service, easy registration and a overall wonderful clinic!
Doctor very friendly, explained detail to patient on health issue. Fast service.
