My family has been visiting Klinik Khor & Khor since we were young, and we have always appreciated the professionalism and dedication shown by Dr. Khor and others doctor in the clinic. However, during our visit today, my sister and I felt uncomfortable due to the attitude of the doctor on duty (Dr. Chong). We came to seek medical help and support after my sister involved in an accident, but instead felt judged , which was very disappointing for me to leave unpleasant comments. Small gestures of empathy and professionalism would have made the experience much better.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at your clinic on Sunday. The doctor displayed unprofessional conduct toward me as a patient. Despite being visibly unwell and lacking the strength to advocate for myself, I was spoken to in a harsh and disrespectful manner. The doctor explained my women’s health condition in a rude and insensitive way. I strongly believe that a medical professional should communicate with empathy and understanding, especially when a patient is already in distress. No patient should be subjected to such treatment when seeking care. I sincerely hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more respectful and compassionate environment for future patients. This clinic don’t even reserve 1 star.

为平反看了10多年医生，孩子全部都在这里看，真的很好的医生DR khor👍🏻 ,dr bunny👍🏻 ! 如果有看不好，通常是其他新来医生，没什么经验！ 晚上紧急情况，才是实习医生，不过通常一定要倒回去给厉害的dr Khor 看一次！第二次倒回去dr Khor 都不收钱！ 真的很好的clinic，对事不对人

上班一整天不舒服 要求开隔天的病假 医生说不能 要求明天再来？已经不舒服了还要连续来两天 然后明天来另外收费 ？ 差评

No patient should be subjected to such treatment when seeking medical care. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior to ensure a more respectful and compassionate environment for future patients
