Klinik Mohanan

This is GE panel. Personally i hope GE reconsider the relationship with this clinic. One of the worst experience my client had to go through. Complain has been raised as well. I have book appointment for my client in advance for their medical check up. Even confirm details on whether health checkup request form should printed, and they said no. Tried to call them a day before of appointment but couldnt reach, so drove all the way from KL to Rawang to reconfirm appointment, and they confirmed the date. Then on the day of appointment, my client visited the clinic, they made an excuse they couldn't do the check up because the form was not printed. Hello? This is modern times, just send through email or whatsapp also cannot? They dont even want to see the softcopy of the form in my clients phone. Wth is this service.

Consider rehiring your front of desk , rude tone towards customer who don’t know the system of numbering for afternoon session. "HEY HEY HEY excuse me , did you take your number".You can explain nicely, not shouting and raising your voice like we’re irresponsible trying to cut the line . There was no other customer to begin with, I just picked up the paper to write my name and ic like at any other clinic .The previous time I was here, staff packed the medicine slowly while chatting. Took 10 mins. Registration part is always the worst , they can chat first before assisting you just to let you know that the "appointment is full" wasting our time. Not to mention we are sick already , seeking for help. This place has been the cheapest , best doctor around , but I’ve decided to leave this review after 3 horrible visits. Do consider changing your staffs.

Very very poor service by the staff and the doc(Mr mohanan)was very rude. Yesterday i bring My mom to the klinik mohanan AT kuala garing, We was waiting there almost one and half and hour to meet the doc . Once my mom in after check the BP all he was to inject for the leg pain, When all fix the doc wanted to inject , My Mom just move the leg abit The doc throw the injection toword his staff and says we have no medicen You may go back. We was like 🙄just couse for she move the leg abit he react like this or any other work stress .? IWe are waiting for u to get the treatment for hours and you react like this.I never been saw doc behave like this before Very very rude attitude .we pay for the treatment not free right.? try to treat your patients polite and in goodmanner. .

Very bad experience. 1st visit on Hari Raya 2nd day, nurse saids doctor offday & cannot call doctor during offday. 2nd visit, doctor was late 30 minutes & I went off. 3rd visit nurse saids after 5.30pm no lab service, cannot do blood test. 🤦🤦

This clinic gave a me feel I’m back to 40 years ago. Don’t visit no matter how good the doctor is, it’s just doesn’t justify the waiting time. The doctor came in only after 1030am when it stated the clinic open at 9am.

Better than child specialist here.. there's once he detected the lady doctor from the 24 hr clinic gave steroid base medicine to my baby .. He quickly ask us to stop giving that.. lucky for us to re check with him

Clinic is clean and pack with patients whenever Dr Mohanan is on duty. Dr Mohanan is a friendly doctor and checks thoroughly. His staff nurses are also helpful and friendly. His fees is also very reasonable.
