❌ Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I visited this clinic for a women’s health concern, and the doctor’s behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She kept making surprised and inappropriate comments about my discharge throughout the exam. It was very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful, especially during such a private and sensitive procedure. A medical professional should know how to speak and act appropriately during exams like this. I left the clinic feeling anxious, embarrassed, and completely unsupported. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking respectful, professional care.

虽然Dr Soh年纪轻轻，但看病精准、细心，态度也非常专业。短短几次接触，我便完全信任医生对病情的判断与治疗方法。让我明白，真正优秀的医生，不在年龄，而在于那份用心与能力。

I came for an emergency consultation with my mum, as I suspected she was having a stroke. However, the receptionist immediately said the clinic was fully booked until 10 PM without even checking or asking about my mum’s condition, despite me specifically mentioning it was urgent and possibly stroke-related. My mum was left sitting alone at the clinic for more than 10 minutes while I had to check other nearby clinics. There was no assessment to determine if this was an emergency, even though the golden hour for stroke treatment is critical. It felt like there was no compassion or sense of urgency, and the clinic failed to prioritize patients who need immediate attention. This is not my first time visiting this clinic, but it will definitely be my last, as there is clearly no empathy for patients.

💯真的很推荐！医生每次看病很认真仔细，问诊都极其认真、全面，不放过任何一个可能的问题，价钱也公道。医生的专业让我安心，现在变成我全家的家庭医生啦👩‍⚕️👍👏

Highly recommended clinic located in Pontian! Although it's quite far from my home, I still make the trip to this clinic whenever I'm not feeling well, because Dr Soh is extremely professional, very patient and friendly. Thank you Dr Soh and team❤️
