Best service

I visited this clinic for a pregnancy scan. The receptionist informed us that the service was available, so we registered and waited. Unfortunately, the waiting time was extremely long, almost 30 minutes. The purpose of our visit was to check on our baby’s condition and development after a long Borneo road trip, during which my wife had spent many hours sitting in the car. We were concerned about her pregnancy and simply wanted reassurance that everything was fine. When we entered the consultation room, the doctor spent more time asking questions about our 4-year-old son, even though we had come specifically regarding the pregnancy. What was even more inappropriate was that the doctor instructed my 4-year-old son to kiss his cheek. This is completely unacceptable. As a medical professional, he should be more aware of personal boundaries and hygiene standards. Considering the number of patients a doctor sees daily, such behaviour is highly unprofessional and concerning. When we politely asked when the scan could be performed, the doctor interrupted us before we could finish speaking. We simply wanted to see our baby’s development and heartbeat. Instead, the doctor responded rudely, threw our medical book onto the table, and stated that he was not a specialist and was "just a doctor who talks." He then harshly instructed us to return to our hometown and seek treatment there instead. Before coming here, I had visited another clinic, but it was very crowded with around 15 patients waiting. I chose this clinic because it was empty. After experiencing this service, it is not difficult to understand why there were so few patients. Most importantly, patients’ children are not your grandchildren or family members. Professional boundaries must always be respected. This was a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I would expect from a healthcare provider.
