Very friendly clinic. Had my blood test here with very experienced doctor. Recommended by a friend, probably one of the best in Limbang I would say.
Service at the counter needs more improvement; waiting so long to be attended to. Then once attended, she looked judgmentally, and giving the expression of sombong - answering my enquiries so half heartedly. Customer service so poor. You are working in hospitality and health industry- should be more welcoming and friendly to customer. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I used to have a good impression of Dr. Tan at Care Medical Clinic, as he was always kind and professional in the past. But during my recent visit, I was really disappointed. His tone was quite rude, and the way he explained things made me feel unknowledgeable — almost like I was being talked down to. It was upsetting, especially coming from someone I used to feel comfortable with. I hope this was just an off day, but I do hope he reflects on how his words and attitude can affect patients who are already feeling unwell or anxious.I believe patients deserve respectful and clear communication, no matter their background or understanding. I hope the clinic can improve on this aspect in the future.
Feeling unwell for the past week and went to see Dr. Tan. He provided a swift and effective consultation, treating my illness precisely. I felt much better after just two days. Thank you! He's the best local doctor around.

I was travelling from Brunei to Sabah and had to make a stop at limbang as I’m not feeling well. Went to this clinic and was attended by Dr Marc. Friendly staffs, Dr Marc was good at his job and his explanation was good. He was attentive and did not rush during his consultation. Overall I would give 5 star to the Dr and staffs for the service.
