Brought my mom to this clinic today and we had a very good experience. Doctor is extremely professional, patient, and caring. He took time to explain my mom’s blood sugar and blood pressure situation clearly and made sure we understood everything. My mom felt安心 and confident after talking to him. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares for patients. The receptionist was also very helpful, polite, and efficient — she made the registration and consultation process very smooth. We truly appreciate the excellent service from both the doctor and the staff. Highly recommended clinic!
Dr Low is a passionate family doctor. He explained carefully and thoroughly about lifestyle and diet management after I done my annual health screening there. There are few well trained nurses, ready to explain patiently to the elderly patients whenever they came to collect the medicines.
The doctor is good and professional. I would also like to commend the Malay receptionist for her polite and patient attitude. However, there is a Chinese female receptionist wearing spectacles whose manner of speaking was very fast and impatient, especially towards elderly patients. Kampar has many senior citizens, including my parents, and this experience made them feel uncomfortable and upset. I hope the clinic can improve consistency in front desk service and ensure all patients, especially the elderly, are treated with patience and respect.
