Great experience I had with this clinic. Had all the services that I need hence why I chose this clinic instead of others. Doctors were kind and patient to explain whatever needed to be explained. Sometimes I got hung up when calling the clinic phone number (that's written in the Google maps phone number) but calling it twice, they will answer. It's not written anywhere in the clinic but they open at 9am, and they told me they close around 840pm (not so sure about this tho, can check with them again for this)

A strategic location at town center Raja Uda Butterworth. Is conveniently accessable clinic with a panel of 4 doctors. Provide one stop general patients consultation & care services. Also offer walk in self pay Covid19 vaccination service.

This clinic staff totally has no common-sense and manners at all.. call once or twice if no answer should know the person is busy and sure will call back.. but this Indian lady keep calling continuously numerous of time to reconfirm regarding my vaccination appointment. The application already set thru mysejaterah and I have already confirmed my appointment thru the clinic earlier. Once arrived there not only staff was rude even the doctor also the same. There’s no proper hygiene followed by the doctor, no glove and sanitized his hands either before the injection. Very disappointing

The worst clinic I have ever been, staff attitude is very bad and doctors force you to have the medicine even you told them you aldy had, forced to pay some amount of money. Overall very bad experience. Not recommended.

The clinic front desk employee especially the Indian lady is super rude to customer. They're under micare company but the Indian lady refused to provide service. She said she will not submit claim for micare, if we want the clinical service we can pay ourself. This is impossible for me to pay for this rude service!!! 1 utama should change this Indian lady nurse, too rude and not suitable to serve customers.

The doctors here do not try to understand more about the patients' condition and medical background. They ask you to fill-up on medicine and painkillers instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. More concerned about 'why you say my medicine not working' instead of prioritising patients health. I had to ask whether the doctor wants to know my medical history instead of just asking me to go back and eat the painkillers? Only he asked more info. Consult at your own risk.

A very unethical doctor . Someone fainted and stop breathing nearby this clinic but the doctor there unwilling to help. Although he/she have no legal duty to help but as a medical professionals he/she should help in this medical emergencies. I never go to this clinic before but my advice for everyone is : Think twice before going.
