I have never seen any GP/ doctor so detailed and attentive as Dr Redzuan and Dr Khoo. I went for consultation with both of them on different occasions, both were extremely patient and knowledgeable. The prices are extremely affordable too. Highly recommended!! 👍🏻

Doctor is very detailed in checking on the patients but the frontdesk is damn slow. I waited for more than 10 to 15 minutes after I get out from the consultation room. I expect myself to receive the medication within 10 minutes and make payments if the medication + consultation fees exceeds RM80. I asked them, what makes them so slow and need so many people to check on the screen of the PC (because there’s only me, one patient in the clinic). They told me that they need to calculate RM83-RM80. Bro, you can just use calculator or your fingers to calculate it. Such a waste of time seeing 3 people working at the front desk and the output is so damn low. I’m not feeling very well right now and I still need to experience this, which is not a really good experience. Hope the frontdesk girls can improve their efficiency and be more professional.

Dissatisfied w the service. Came as my daughter possibly got infected w hfmd. Requested letter or mc to verify the disease as I want to give to my majikan for kuarantin. Was told to go to kk. What's d point of having private clinic when at the end need to go to kk. Said wanna call me next day, in d end, no call after all. Poor service
