Every time I come W clinic precinct 10, I feel relieved... The assistants here will explain the treatment process and every step to me in detail. It's warm every time. Highly recommended 😍
Now that I’m leaving Penang soon, I really wanted to try W Clinic since it was highly recommended by a friend. The clinic was nice, staffs were helpful and the doctor was wonderful and gentle. I felt very comfortable and trusted his suggested treatments for my dark spots and wrinkle issues. I did all the treatments suggested since I didn’t have much time in Penang. I also bought a lightening cream to take home to US. With all that I was given a free pico laser treatment. I’m thankful. I heard pico laser is really good. I can’t wait to see the result but overall I had a great experience and very satisfied with the treatments and service. Thank you!
Dr Liow is very good, he'll answer all your queries and concerns patiently and clearly, while not being too pushy with the treatments they offer. My skin has improved since coming here for treatments. Clinic is nice and cozy and the staff are very friendly.
Today is my second time here to fix my nose after almost a year! Dr Natalie and team did a great jobbbbb!!!! I love it. Definitely will come and look for Dr Natalie!!!!!! 💖💖💖💖

Dr Liow非常的专业，很细心的和我讲解我的皮肤状况再给出合理的治疗方案。Ms Alicia的服务和洗脸技术都非常棒，第一次做镭射很紧张她会在一旁轻拍我的手让我没那么紧张。而且她还会为我争取最大的优惠配套，不会一直强推销产品给我。整体都很棒😊
A very very bad experience here. I did my filler here few years ago and now become very puffy. When I get back to W clinc, Apple just say the dr who did for me already resigned and they totally not solve my problem at all. Very bad after sales service. I would like to advise you guys better think twice before walk in this beauty center and it’s not even a clinic.
