Today I brought my mother, who was covered with injuries, to the clinic for wound cleaning. We arrived and had already been waiting for about 15 minutes. During that time, a few other patients also arrived, and everyone was waiting according to the queue. However, the receptionist allowed patients who arrived later to be seen first without any proper explanation, clearly letting them cut the queue. This was extremely unfair and caused unnecessary distress to both the patient and family members. Especially when a patient is physically unwell and in need of timely treatment, such handling shows a lack of professionalism and basic empathy. A medical facility should uphold fundamental principles of order, fairness, and respect for patients — not allow the consultation sequence to be decided arbitrarily by front desk staff. I strongly urge the clinic to take this matter seriously, review its front desk management process, establish a clear and transparent queue system, and improve staff training in service attitude and patient care. Patients come to a clinic seeking help, not to experience additional stress and unfair treatment. I hope no other family will have to go through the same situation in the future. Thank you.

My Experience at the Clinic. My husband visited the clinic for a blister caused by a hot water burn on his upper ankle and foot. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Treatment was conducted with 2 other patients present in the same room. The constant questions from other patients disrupted the session, leaving my husband feeling distracted and uneasy with no privacy. There was no proper explanation regarding the severity of the burn or clear instructions on open wound care after the doctor removed the damaged skin or follow-up instructions. Due to the lack of proper follow-up guidance, his condition worsened over the next week, forcing us to seek treatment at a specialist hospital where he was admitted for proper wound management. This experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and medical guidance. I hope they improve their patient care standards to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Decent clinic with very reasonable pricing, but would require some waiting because there’s only one doctor in charge.
