I've been to several aesthetic clinics for non-invasive facial treaments and The Retreat is by far the best. Dr Ong explains in detail, gives clear and concise information including pros and cons of various treaments. He doesn't hard sell or push you to take treatments and only recommends what's suitable for my concerns.

First time consultation with Dr Ong today was a good experience. He took time to explain the different treatment options and his proposed treatment plan for my condition. I came in wanting to do a specific treatment. But Dr Ong explained that it may not be the best thing to do for my condition. Other clinics would have sold me the treatment that I requested. I’m excited to see the results after a week and write another review of the effectiveness. Clinic has a great clean & calming environment. Easy parking.
