Today 1st appointment, total i kene rm670 include acne treatment+ product + suppliment (not sure what treatment)sbb activ acne n scar...menangis tengok cermin ,agak pricey,but i rasa mmg sangat berbaloi..sbb rasa mcm jerawat kecut je ni n muka mcm cerah skit..😁

Overall, my experience here was okay. The doctor provides clear explanations, and the beauticians handle customers’ skin with care. The waiting time is short, usually around 15 minutes, and the small touches like drinks and snacks are appreciated. However, I do feel that some product or treatment recommendations may be more sales-driven than result-oriented. As customers, we put our trust and our money, into the treatments prescribed, hoping for genuine improvement. Transparency is very important, especially when it comes to what’s being applied to our skin and what we’re paying for. And honestly, the prices are quite on a high end. After nearly eight months of consistent visits, I haven’t seen ANY significant or lasting results. I understand that skin progress takes time and discipline, but I believe customers deserve more honesty and visible outcomes for the investment made.

I had an extraction treatment at your clinic. I had many tiny bumps on my forehead and a few on my cheeks and other areas. Firstly, although I booked an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour. This made me question the purpose of scheduling a specific time. Secondly, during the treatment, the beautician didn’t fully remove the whiteheads/tiny bumps. I could still feel the bumpiness on my skin after the session. The extraction itself lasted around 10 minutes, followed by about 5 minutes of acne serum application, and then another 5–7 minutes of extraction — but the results were still unsatisfactory. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service and hope your team can improve the treatment quality and time management for future clients.

Friendly doctor & staffs, great consultation. I can see the improvement tremendously compare to when I 1st met the doctor. As long as you follow all the doctor's advice, your skin will get better. I've been to other skin clinic and facial spa both only get my skin worse and left my skin with permanent scars which I truly regret. How I wish that I met Dr.Haseenah earlier..

The Dr was friendly but after have been there for a year, following all the appointments, my acne prob hasn’t solved. However, it was a good experience for me at least I could learn things related to dermatologist.

My appointment was at 2 PM, but even at 3 PM, I still haven’t seen the doctor. Hope the timing can be better managed.

Expensive. Sought treatment with many expensive serums etc but not solved. Then went to Ranjit Skin Specialist. A lot cheaper and very effective treatment there. Those looking for dermatologist, highly recommend Ranjit Skin Specialist-my honest opinion.
