Kecewa. Saya bayar cash duit Rm100, dan guna duit baru ya! baru keluar dri bank! Tetapi bila d bagi balik baki duit sya, baru perasan d rumah sudah sya terima duit usang koyak lembik. Saya faham klau saya guna duit yg sama koyak2, ini tidak! Tdak apalah klau pon saya minta balik duit yg BARU mngkn pihak kamu sda tdak mau sbb saya pun baru perasan d rumah sda trima baki duit koyak2 dari pihak kamu. Tapi saya MOHON lepas nie jangan la aniaya customer kamu lagi ya.

Absolutely brilliant doctor. I am in Borneo on holidays and I was given an appointment 20 minutes after contacting the clinic. Very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful. Medication was also provided at the centre! Definitely recommend!

I visited Dr Keen at his clinic after having urgent issues whilst travelling. It was a sensitive issue for me but Dr Keen and the team treated me with respect and kindness which made the process much easier. I was given health advice and medicine and I feel much better already after taking the medicine given. Also, Dr Keen and all staffs could speak fluent English as well. They also assisted in providing documents for travel insurance. I recommend Dr Keen to anyone travelling to Sandakan and have any concerns for their health! ☺️

Dr is very Keen to make money for sure, charged 210 MYR just to clean a blister that was not infected, put on a plaster and antiseptic cream. Took less than 5 minutes in total.

Very helpful and professional. The doctor took care of my stitches and explained clearly the next steps for my recovery.
