First time here for the hair removal laser treatment. Professional and clean space with good service. They use Alexandrite laser for the procedure which stings slightly compared to maybe others in the market. But still bearable. Good session overall!

I visited this clinic almost three weeks ago for laser hair removal, and I must say — I strongly advise against choosing this place. I'm not sure whether it's due to the machine they use or the way the treatment was applied, but the results were very disappointing. There was no consistent shedding of hair across the treated areas — some patches showed minimal effect, while others were completely unchanged. Having previously completed four sessions at a different clinic with good results, this was the first time I’ve experienced such a lack of effectiveness. I repeat — I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Had a great experience at Dr Jane Clinic! The service was excellent, and the doctor did an amazing job addressing my concerns. She carefully examined my skin and only recommended treatments that I actually needed, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she is highly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring that my concerns were properly addressed.

Had a pleasant experience for a first timer. Thanks Dr. Sabrina, Dr. Jane and Alicia for attending me. Consultation fee ranges from RM 50- RM 80 is quite cheap for me. Dr. Jane herself gave me skin consultation. She suggested a few options not limiting to only one choice which is why I’m okay with her suggestions. TQ Alicia for taking care of me during the facial treatment as I’m quite a fussy customer. Might returning for next month facial treatment. Read reviews before coming here first. Glad I came.

Awful experience! I went for laser hair removal, the employee did my whole breast as I told her only the area around the nipple and I showed her precisely, since I know that this can trigger / activate follicles in the unwanted area. The doctor Dr. Jane not well educated said with confidence that this can’t happen to trigger follicles. They threatened me that if I won’t pay they will call the police. And after I told them that I will sue them if hair were triggered in this area, they said that I can leave without paying. I wanted to pay but they were forcing me not to pay because they got scared. They kept me there and not allowing me to leave until they talk with the managers.. whilst I was telling them that I want to pay and will lose my flight

Dr Jane Clinic is outstanding! From the friendly staff to the doctor's exceptional care and clear explanations, I felt completely comfortable and confident. The treatment was effective, and I highly recommend this clinic. Five stars well-deserved!
