I booked an appointment for 5:00 PM, but ended up wasting a huge amount of my time. By 6:30 PM, I was told I still had to wait another hour because Dr. Anna Hoo was busy doing aesthetic procedures for other patients. :))??? Really unbelievable! 😡 no respect for my time. If you can’t manage your schedule, don’t accept bookings. I waited long enough and Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend!

I look more powderful and energy than last time.. Their team are very professional and patience to help me according my case. Most important no hard sell, no hard sell. Dr. Anna is a very kind and understanding doctor, never judgmental. She put patients' need above hers. Dr. Ian is very gentle when administrating treatments for patients. The staffs are very accommodating. The place here is very clean and calm musics are played. There are nutritionists here too. This clinic offer not only aesthetic treatments, but also evaluate patients' dietary needs and suggest positive alteration to improve patients' wellbeing.
Their team is highly professional and will plan to help on improving your health. Most important no hard sell. It will plan according your budget.
