医生没问题，但里面的员工很有大问题 ，"资深"老员工 算错账了 还乱说话 真的很垃圾 服务态度极差 医生记得检查一下你的员工

H2 clinic 的护理师们态度很好，关于皮肤的问题有问必答，解决了我很多对护理的迷思。痘痘和痘印一直是困扰我多年的问题，在这里做了护理，皮肤有明显的改善。她们有多年的经验也有相对的证书可以放心做医美啦🤭 提供一张before after 的照片供你们参考

Went for my acne issue. Two weeks after first treatment session, skin feels so smooth and clean. Was given some antibiotics to be consumed for two weeks and also some supplements. Beautician also very professional and made me comfortable. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing.

服务态度良好，价格公道，我在接受治疗了几次情况下就有明显的改善，最重要的是当我有什么关于照顾脸部的问题时，她们都会很有耐心的跟我讲解照顾脸部的方法和知识，至少现在的我，不像以前一样，一直在纳闷总是莫名其妙突然间长一堆痘痘了，因为我已经懂得照顾脸部的清洁，治疗后也能看见很明显的效果，谢谢H2 Clinic.

Went for my ance issues since a year ago, I am still accepting the face treatment nowadays. The overall feedback can be divided into few categories: atmosphere, environment & service. Atmosphere: good vibe with chill music. Always playing with different music but all let you feel relaxed and comfy, make you not too nervous at there. Environment: all the things are keeping as clean and neat. You wont feel uncomfortable with the place and room. The space is big and good enough and not making you have the feeling of oppression. That's why I pretty enjoy the time during there. Service: friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can try to ask them everything you wonder and hope to know about your treatment or skin issues. Moreover, if you are a talkable people, you can chat with the staff as much as you can as well. Their main service is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed at there. So, my overall opinion to this clinic will be 5 stars based on the feedback given, should you have any face issues, also can try to look for the treatment at there, you may can enjoy much.

Very disappointed to H2 clinic Muar customer service. Hope the management trained your staff well before serving customer. Nvr explain and inform what kind of product putting on my face, this gave me a shocked when the staff suddenly applying things on my face without notice. I’m having a mysterious journey during my whole facial treatments🙃. Same experience goes to my mom too. And she said the customer service are even worst than previous. She ask for blanket from the staff but they said "we don’t provide blankets ". Okay fine, at least they should takes action to slow down the aircon. But my mom was freezing cold during her facial times🙃

I’m not a new customer. During 2019 their service was good and staff were friendly and professional. However after MCO in May 2022. I’ve had a very bad experience at Muar Hii-Clinic. Those staff were unprofessional and terrible. I’m disappointed to their service. Doing Aqua facial treatment without steamer and Sunblock. Asking how to take care after doing laser also cannot answer. Dr Tee, hope all your staff were well trained. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, Not even worth 1start ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
